Primary Responsibilities:  Extension and research. Weed management strategies in annual and perennial systems in disturbed and undisturbed habitats. Current projects include purple loosestrife in wetlands, Canada thistle in native prairies, common buckthorn and garlic mustard in woodlands, commercial processing sweet corn and peas, biological control of weeds, and the environmental impacts of herbicide and non-herbicide weed management systems.
