Walter Friedli

I got my B.S. degree in Agronomy from Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina) and M.S. in Crop Sciences from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). My area of interest is plant breeding for traits that can reducing negative environmental impacts as well as increase yield to face the challenge of feeding a growing world population in a sustainable manner. Throughout my career I have worked in R+D in South America, Europe and US and every project I have been involved was related with sustainable agriculture.
